AMENDMENT TO COMPLAINT
COMES NOW Plaintiff, RAMAPO REALTY, LLC, by and through its undersigned counsel,
and hereby files this Amendment to the Complaint by joining ROSEMONT HOMEOWNERS
ASSOCIATION, INC. and DELAMERE PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. as
Defendants and adding the fbllowing Paragraphs 17 and 18:
"17. Defendant, ROSEMONT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., may claim an
interest in the property which is the subject matter of this action by virtue of any unrecorded
delinquent assessments, but said interest Is subordinate and inferior to that of the Plaintiff herein."
"18. Defendant DELAMERE PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., may claim an
interest in the property which is the subject matter of this action by virtue of any unrecorded
delinquent assessments, but said interest is subordinate and inferior to that of the Plaintiff herein."
