ORDER
Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 2939.27 et. seq., there has been
presented to me as a Judge of the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit Court, State of
Florida, a Court of Record, a Certificate of the Honorable Judge Brent
Robinson, Judge of the Richland County Court of Common Pleas, in and for
Richland County, Ohio against Bradley Barker, a person now being within the
County of Bay, State of Florida, certifying that he is a necessary and material
witness for said State of Ohio, in a criminal prosecution and her presence will
be required before said Court on the 13 day of December, 2021, at a Jury
proceeding in the case of State of Ohio vs. Tyson Farmer, to be held before said
Court in the courthouse in the City of Mansfield, County of Richland, State of
Ohio.
IT IS THEREUPON ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1) That Bradley Charles Barker, DOB 10/19/1987 be taken into
immediate custody and presented to the Honorable Judge Chvistophe
NQadiew Son" of the Fourteenth Circuit of Bay County, Florida, 300East 4 Street, Panama City, FL 32401, for determination of whether
said witness shall be delivered to an officer of the State of Ohio, in
order to secure his presence as a material witness in the criminal
prosecution of ‘State of Ohio vs. Tyson Farmer, to appear and testify
on the 13th day of December, 2021, in the Court of Common Pleas, in
and for Richland County, Ohio, in the aforesaid criminal prosecution.

2) That summons issue, with a copy of the certificate of the Honorable
Judge Brent Robinson, Judge of the Richland County Court of
Common Pleas directing the said Bradley Charles Barker to attend
and testify as a material witness in the State of Ohio, and to appear
before the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit Court, State of Florida on this

3) That the said Bradley Charles Barker shall appear at the time and
place aforesaid.
4) That a copy of the Order be forthwith served upon the said Bradley,
