hereby objects to Plaintiff, PATSY ODOM’s Amended Notice of Taking Deposition Duces
Tecum of Defendant’s Desk Adjuster Shaquille Cherry. Ms. Cherry is not designated as the
Tower Hill Corporate Representative nor a disclosed trial expert. Accordingly, Tower Hill
objects to Schedule “A” Documents to be Produced on the grounds that they are overly broad,
irrelevant to any claim or defense in this lawsuit, seek impermissible claims file documentation,
and are protected from disclosure under the work product doctrine and established Florida case
law. All relevant and discoverable documentation was previously produced to Plaintiff in
response to Request for Production.
