Damages submitted by defendant, LEONARD FRANCIS HINSON, (the “Motion”), and upon
stipulation of counsel and the Court being duly advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Motion is GRANTED;
2. Plaintiff's claim for punitive damages, including but not limited to the allegation
contained in Paragraph 24 (“Plaintiff is entitled to punitive damages against Defendant
Hinson”) and the allegation contained in the Prayer for Relief(g) (“award Plaintiffs
punitive damages against Defendant Hinson in his individual capacity”), are hereby
stricken from the Complaint, without prejudice.
