Defendant’s Second Motion to Compel Discovery and Award of Expenses and Attorney Fees is GRANTED. 2. Plaintiff shall provide responses to Defendant’s Second Set of Interrogatories and Second Set of Request for Production within ten (10) days of the date of this Order. Plaintiff is permitted to redact her clients’ names and personal information from any banking statements. 3. Plaintiff is also required to pay, and Defendant is entitled to reimbursement for, the reasonable attorney fees incurred in Defendant’s furtherance of its efforts to obtain Plaintiffs compliance with Plaintiffs discovery obligations as outlined in Defendant’s Second Motion to Compel Discovery and Award of Expenses and Attorney Fees. The parties are to work out the amount of reasonable attorney fees incurred by Defendant. To the extent the parties cannot agreeon the amount of reasonable attorney fees incurred, this Court reserves ruling as to the amount at a separate hearing.
