AMENDED MOTION TO SUBSTITUTE PARTY PLAINTIFF
(Amending only to attach Assignment of Mortgage)
Plaintiff, SELENE FINANCE LP, by and through its undersigned attorney, and pursuant
to all applicable Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, moves this Court to substitute LAKEVIEW
LOAN SERVICING, LLC as Party Plaintiff in this action on the following grounds:
1. On December 4, 2019 this foreclosure action was filed by Plaintiff.
2. On December 23, 2019, an Assignment of Mortgage was executed from SELENE
FINANCE LP to LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC and recorded in Official Records Book
4208, Page 2198 in the Public Records of BAY County, Florida, A copy of said Assignment is
attached hereto.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully moves this Honorable Court for an order
substituting LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC as the Party Plaintiff herein.

executed in connection with the loan evidenced and secured by the Security Instrument and Note, together
with all of the Assignor's rights appurtenant thereto;
