Procedure, moves this Honorable Court for an Order allowing Plaintiff's attorney to appear telephonically.
1. Currently, a Case Management Conference is scheduled to take place on TUESDAY NOVEMBER 17",
2020 AT 3:45 PM CST/ 4:45 PM EST.
2. Undersigned counsel respectfully requests that he be permitted to appear telephonically to the scheduled
Case Management Conference. Appearance by telephone will be in the most expedient method of resolving the
