ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT

review at the continued Case Management Conference, with the comments of counsel included
for the Court’s consideration, if there is not agreement as to specific provisions of the order.

Counsel is instructed to provide the Court with a copy of an Order addressing the Dismissal of
Claims pursuant to the Consolidation Order, for the Court’s consideration at the continued Case
Management Conference.

The Case Management Conference scheduled for 03/15/2023 is continued to 04/11/2023 at 03:30
PM in Department 21 at Rene C. Davidson Courthouse.
