production, pursuant to CCP § 2031.300(a), is GRANTED.
Plaintiff shallhave until September 24, 2020 to serve his overdue verified responses to Defendant's
requests for production. Plaintiff shall also produce all responsive documents to Defendant's attorneys
by September 24, 2020. Plaintiff'sresponses must comply substantially with the requirements set forth
in CCP § 2031.210 et seq. Plaintiff may not assert any objections because he has waived them by
failing to assertthem timely. See CCP § 2031.300(a).
The Court hereby awards Defendant its reasonably incurred attorney's fees and costs in the sum of
$380.00. See CCP § 2023.030(a). Plaintiffand his attorney shall have untilOctober 2, 2020 to pay
the monetary sanction by delivering a check to Defendant's attorneys' office inIrvine.
Defendant shall fileand serve the Notice of Entry of Order no laterthan September 4, 2020.
