On this the day of ,2021, came on to be heard the
above-entitled and number cause wherein Plaintiff, SIMI WINTER, asks the Court to grant
default judgment against Defendants TABE PETROLEUM CORPORATION, KEVIN
TABE and THERESIA TABE. Plaintiff, SIMI WINTER, appeared by and through her
attorney 0f record and announced ready for trial. Defendants, TABE PETROLEUM
CORPORATION, KEVIN TABE and THERESIA TABE, although having been duly and
legally cited to appear and answer, failed to appear and answer, and Wholly made default.
Citation was served according to law and returned to the clerk where they remained
on file for the time required by law. The Court has read the pleadings and the papers on file,
and is of the opinion that the allegations of Plaintiff’ s Original Petition have been admitted
and that the cause of action is unliquidated, and FINDS that Defendants, TABE
PETROLEUM CORPORATION, KEVIN TABE and THERESIA TABE, are indebted to:
Plaintiff, SIMI WINTER, for breach of contract of $25,000.
Further, the Court FINDS Defendants, TABE PETROLEUM CORPORATION,
KEVIN TABE and THERESLA TABE, are indebted to Plaintiff for costs of court.
IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiff SIMI
WINTER, have and recover, of and from Defendants, TABE PETROLEUM
CORPOMTION, KEVIN TABE and THERESIA TABE, the sum of $25,000 with interest
thereon at the legal rate from date of judgment until paid, and that Plaintiff recovers costs of
court.
This judgment disposes of all parties and issues and is appealable.
Plaintiff is allowed such writs and processes as may be necessary in the enforcement
and collection of this judgment.
