Plaintiff, SIMI WINTER, appeared by and through her attorney 0f record and announced ready for trial. The Court has read the pleadings and the papers on file, and is of the opinion that the allegations of Plaintiff’ s Original Petition have been admitted and that the cause of action is unliquidated, and FINDS that Defendants, TABE PETROLEUM CORPORATION, KEVIN TABE and THERESIA TABE, are indebted to: Plaintiff, SIMI WINTER, for breach of contract of $25,000. Further, the Court FINDS Defendants, TABE PETROLEUM CORPORATION, KEVIN TABE and THERESLA TABE, are indebted to Plaintiff for costs of court. IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiff SIMI WINTER, have and recover, of and from Defendants, TABE PETROLEUM CORPOMTION, KEVIN TABE and THERESIA TABE, the sum of $25,000 with interest thereon at the legal rate from date of judgment until paid, and that Plaintiff recovers costs of court.
