Court’s (1) January 1, 2022 Order Granting in Part and Denying in Part Defendant’s Motion for
Summary Judgment and (2) February 1, 2022 Order of Final Judgment Closing the Case.
The Clerk of Court is requested to include all documents filed in this proceeding as of the
date of this Notice of Appeal in the record on appeal. The transcript of hearing held November
22, 2021 has been requested, will be filed with the Clerk promptly, and should be included in the
record sent to the Court of Appeals.
The Court of Appeals has appellate jurisdiction over this matter because the decision that
is the subject of this appeal does not involve matters over which the Supreme Court of Georgia
has exclusive appellate jurisdiction under Article VI, Section 6, Paragraphs II and III of the
Constitution of the State of Georgia, as modified by O.C.G.A. § 15-3-3.1.
