TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
NOW COMES King Law Firm, one of the Counter-Defendants in the above-
numbered and entitled cause, and reserving the right to file other and further pleadings,
exceptions, and denials, files this its Original Answer to Counter-Plaintiff’s Counterclaim
and would respectfully show the Court the following:
1. This Counter-Defendant denies that it is liable to Counter-Plaintiff under any
legal theories or causes of action and further demands that Counter-Plaintiff
be required to prove their claims and allegations by a preponderance of the
credible evidence. Counter-Defendant hereby demands a trial by Jury.
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, Counter-Defendant King Law Firm
prays that upon a final hearing hereof, that Counter-Plaintiff recover nothing of and from
