2020 or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, for an Order pursuant to CPLR 3212
granting summary judgment in favor of defendant Lu Holding, LLC, dismissing the complaint
and all cross-claims in their entirety along with such other and further relief as this Court may
deem just, proper and equitable.
Pursuant to CPLR 2214(b) answering affidavits, if any, are to be served upon Pillinger
