3. Plaintiff to appear for IME with Dr. Rokito when scheduled by defendant on or before
December 31, 2020.
4. Note of Issue to be filed by December 31, 2020.
5. Next status conference to be held on January 21, 2021.
IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED, that this stipulation may be executed in
counterparts, that a copy or facsimile of this stipulation shall have the same force and effect as the
original, and that this stipulation may be filed with the Court without further notice to any party.
