                     PETITION TO ENFORCE FOREIGN JUDGMENT


TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:

        COMES     NOW,    GULF    COAST      MOLECULAR        LABORATORIES          LLC,      hereinafter

referred to as Plaintiff, and files this petition for enforcement of a foreign judgment in accordance

with the Uniform Enforcement of Foreign Judgment Act, and Chapter 35 of the Texas Civil Practice

and Remedies Code; against CONSULTATIVE                GENOMICS,    LLC A/K/A CONSULTATIVE

GENOMICS, PLLC, hereinafter referred to as Defendant or Judgment Debtor.

        CONSULTATIVE GENOMICS, LLC A/K/A CONSULTATIVE GENOMICS, PLLC may

be given notice of this proceeding by delivering at, 4909 Valerie Street, Bellaire, Texas 77401, or

7500 San Felipe Street, Suite 600, Houston, Texas 77063, or 5909 West Loop South, Suite 310

Bellaire TX 77401.

        Heretofore, on March 3, 2021, in the Circuit Court, County of Baldwin, State of Alabama,

 Plaintiff recovered a judgment against the Defendant in the sum of $271,872.00 in compensatory

 damages, plus punitive damages in the amount of $815,616.00, plus post-judgment interest at the

 contractual rate of 10% per annum until the judgment is paid. A copy of the judgment is attached
hereto. The law of the State of Alabama was in effect at the time of entry of judgment provided for

post judgment interest as described above.

         WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays that the copy of the judgment be filed in accordance with the

law and that said judgment be domesticated having the same force and effect as if rendered in this

State.
