THIS CAUSE came before the Court on the Plaintiff's Agreed Motion for Entry of a Final
Judgment of Garnishment that has been consented to by the Defendant, Emily
Lauren Curtright.
Having reviewed the Motion and the waiver of exemption from garnishment signed by the
Defendant, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1.
From the pay period ending after Garnishee was served with the Writ of Garnishment
September 25, 2020, Garnishee shall pay Plaintiff the sum of $62.50 per bi-weekly pay period
as
a garnishment from the Defendant's wages.
2. All amounts withheld from the Defendant's wages in excess of the amount in paragrap
h one
shall be returned to Defendant by Gamnishee immediately.
3. Periodic payments to the Plaintiff in the amount stated in paragraph one shall continue
until
the total amount owed under the original Final Judgment of $21,723.64, less payments received of
$197.82, plus post-judgment costs of $153.48, post-judgment attomey’s fees of $700,00, and
interest
on the judgement pursuant to §55.03, Florida Statutes.

4. The Garnishee shall make all checks under this Final J udgment payable to
"Community
South Credit Union" and send them to:
Community South Credit Union
Collections Department
1044 Highway 90 East
Chipley, FL 32428
All payments must reference the Defendant's full name and social security number.
5. The above-named Garnishee is authorized to collect up to $5.00 against
the wages to
reimburse the Garnishee for administrative costs for the first deduction from wages
and up to $2.00
for each deduction thereafter.
6. The Plaintiff shall credited all amounts paid by the Garnishee to the final judgmen
t as stated
in paragraph three.
7. Upon payment of each payment provided in paragraph one, the Garnishee shall
be discharged
of liability to the Plaintiff for the portion of Defendant's wages withheld pursuant
to this Final
Judgment. The Plaintiff will dismiss this garnishment action and satisfy the Final
Judgment upon
being paid all amounts outlined herein.
