Dear Justice James:
We represent Plaintiffs and the settlement class and we write on behalf of all parties to
provide the Court a status update prior to the scheduled conference on Tuesday, February 1,
2022. The parties have received initial calculations from the Settlement Claims Administrator and
are awaiting the finalized calculations. To date no class member has filed an objection to the
settlement. Within 30 days of receiving the final calculations, Plaintiffs’ Counsel will submit the
final approval papers and proposed order. In light of the foregoing update, the parties respectfully
request that the status conference, scheduled on February 1, 2022, be adjourned.
