          Tentative   Rulings:    The  Court follows   the tentative  ruling procedure   set forth in CRC   §  3.1308(a)(1)  and   inLocal "Rule

          telephone at (530)   532-7022    by 3:00  p.m  on the  Court  day preceding   the  hearing. By  4 p.m.  that same day,   a  party must
          notify all other parties  and  the  Court  of their intention  to argue.  If timely notice  is not given,  no  oral argument    will be
          permitted  unless  the court  has directed  the parties to provide  further argument   in itstentative ruling.
