(“Wedo”) to respond to Plaintiff Jermaine Smalls’ (“Smalls”) Complaint for Breach of
Contract. Wedo requests an extension so that a response is due by Friday, March 25, 2022.
Wedo has requested the extension because Wedo and Smalls is currently negotiating a
settlement, which may resolve the issues raised in Smalls’ Complaint for Breach of Contract.
Counsel for Smalls has indicated that Smalls does not oppose the extension,
The Parties have stipulated and agreed to the extension and for good cause shown, it
is hereby ORDERED as follows:
1. Wedo’s deadline to respond to Smalls’ Complaint for breach of contract is extended
through and including Friday, March 25, 2022.
