Seventy Dollars, U. S. Curren cy ($125,37 0.00).
4. The defendant-property is located within Riverside County and is within the jurisdiction
of this court.
5. On December 16,2021 from27255 Plum Sheet, Perris, California, the property described
as One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Dollars U.S. Currency
($125,370.00), was po ssessed, acquired, used, and intended for use as a result of and for the
purpose of drug transactions.
6. On December 16,202I, the defendant-property, One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand
Three Hundred Seventy Dollars U.S. Currency ($125,370.00), was seized, by officers of the
Riverside County Sheriff s Department, pursuant to Health and Safety Code sectionll470, et seq.
