                           On   February      16,  2022,    Defendant’s      Motion    for  Judgment       Notwithstanding         the

                  Verdict came      on for hearing before the Court in the above-entitled and numbered cause.

                  Plaintiff,  Eduardo      del  Bosque,    appeared by and through his             attorney of record,       Greg A.

                  Brassfield.      Defendant,      Juan   Barbosa,     appeared by      and through       his  attorney of record,

                  David M. O’Dens.

                           The   Court    having     reviewed     and   considered      the   motion,     the  response     and    the

                  argument of counsel, finds that the motion should be granted and a final judgment should

                  be entered in favor of Defendant.

                           IT   IS  ORDERED,         ADJ UDGED         AND      DECREED        that    Defendant’s      Motion     for

                  Judgment Notwithstanding the Verdict is hereby GRANTED.
                           IT  IS   FURTHER         ORDERED,         ADJ UDGED         AND     DECREED        that   Plaintiff   take

                  nothing in this action.

                           IT IS   FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND                            DECREED that all costs           of court

                  are taxed against the party incurring the same.
