                                          MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO SERVE
                                                SUMMONS AND COMPLAINT

                        Plaintiff, Danians South Condominium Association Inc., by and through undersigned

            counsel, pursuant to Rule 1.070 ofthe Florida Rules of Civil Procedure,hereby files this Motion for
            Extension of Time to Serve the Summons and                       Complaint, and in support thereof, states as follows:
                        1.        Plaintiff filed the        above-styled action on April 9,2021.
                        2         The Plaintiffs'process serverhas             attemptedto serve the Defendants attheir residence
            several times since the            filing of this action. However, when             the process      server   has gone to the

            property in order perfect service, either no               one   is   ever home nor   answeringthe       door when they are

            home and         having     difficulties gaining     access to   the   building due to security.
                        3.        Pursuant to Rule 1.070 of the Florida Rules of Civil                  Procedure, the Plaintiff shall
            have 120         days to   serve   the Defendant.

                        4.        As 120       days   is almost    expiring,   the Plaintiff is   seeking   an   additional 120   days   to


            perpetuate service of process.

                        WHEREFORE,              the   Plaintiff,   Danians South Condominium Association Inc.,                    hereby

            respectfully requeststhis Honorable Court grant this Motion by providing the Plaintiffan additional
            120    days to     service its Summons and            Complaint.
