Filing # 126880329 E-Filed 05/15/2021 03:08:22 PM Ridge Top Exteriors, LLC Case No.: 2020-006863-SC VS Matt S. Turpin, and Elisabeth Parker 66 ,, Exhibit D.005-002. For those 3 reasons, the Court is going to find in favor of all 4 three counts of the plaintiff. The $3,599 is 5 reasonable. The Court costs are what they are. You 6 can file your affidavit for what you paid -- for 7 what the plaintiff paid for the filing of this 8 lawsuit, any subpoena fees, and court reporter fees, 9 I guess now also, and then of course attorney fees 10 have to be reasonable for this type of case. Mr. 11 Cox remember, it's a county case and when I -- 12 whatever your hourly rate is, the Court will review 13 it with your hours and decide if it is a reasonable 14 request. I don't know if you take these cases on a 15 flat fee. If you do, that would simplify matters 16 and you can tell the Court how much your flat fee is 17 and then do it accordingly, but if we had to go to 18 trial, my guess that it's more than a flat fee case. 19 Whatever the amount is, it's going to be added 20 together and put in the final judgment. The Court 21 will review and sign if everything is satisfactory. 22 And then Mr. Cox, you can proceed with collecting on 23 collection on the judgment. If the homeowners want 24 to make arrangements to pay it prior to the filing 25 of any additional action, what I mean by that, lien, MILESTONE ?
