DEFENDANT DAVID MASON’S MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME RESPOND TO PLAINTIFF’S COMPLAINT Pursuant to Practice Book §10-8, Defendant David Philip Mason hereby moves the Court for an extension of time of thirty (30) days, up to and including July 12, 2021, within which to file his response to the plaintiff’s Complaint with a return date of May 11, 2021. An identical request has already been made by Defendants Elinore Carmody and Dennis Gibbon in their Motion for Extension of Time to Plead.
