ORDER re: CASE MANAGEMENT
The Court has ordered the following at the conclusion of the Pretrial Conference:
Counsel shallfurther meet and confer regarding jury instructions,jury verdict form, voir dire,exhibits
and thetranscription of Plaintiff'soral statement to the police.
Plaintiff'swritten opposition to Defendant A Perfect Day Franchise, Inc.'smotion in limine shall be filed
and served, by personal delivery or facsimile transmission, by no later than 10/15/2010. A courtesy
copy of the opposition shall be delivered to Dept. 25 on the day of filing. Hearing on the motion in
limine will be held on 10/20/2010 at 10:00 AM.
Following the meet-and-confer, and by no later than 10/15/2010, Plaintiff shall submit a joint setof all
agreed-upon jury instructions and averdict form. Each side shall submit a separate set of any disputed
jury instructions, including supporting legalauthority by the proponent of the instruction. The party
opposing any instruction shall submit written objections thereto.
The parties shall make a good faith effort to stipulateto the foundation of any exhibits asto which there
is no genuine dispute. By no later than 10/15/2010, the parties shall lodge with the Clerk in Dept. 25 a
three-ring Jomt Exhibit Binder containing allexhibits tobe marked (excluding exhibits to be used for
impeachment or rebuttal) and an Exhibit Index settingforth a brief description of each exhibit. The
exhibits shall be tabbed in the binder inthe same sequence indicated on the Exhibit Index. Each page of
each exhibit shall be paginated. The parties shallalso provide a copy of the Jomt Exhibit Binder for the
bench.
Each party isresponsible for providing an interpreter if required by a witness called by that party.

Clerk isdirected to serve endorsed-filed copies of this order, with proof of service, to counsel and to
self-represented parties of record by fax.
