publication. Absent good cause, the failure to comply with this order will result inthe imposition of
monetary sanctions.
Updated Case Management Statements in compliance with CRC § 3.725, on Judicial Council Form CM-
110, must be filedno laterthan 10/12/2009. Ifthe foregoing date is a court holiday or a weekend, the time
is extended tothe next business day.
All unserved parties must be served with summons/complaint/cross-complaint, a copy of this order, and
proof of service filedwith the court.
