                     Myan Management Group,           LLC   (collectively,  “ACA Defendants”) to dismiss with prejudice the

                     claims   asserted   between               and  the   ACA    Defendants     oan   in  the  above-entitled    and
                                                    Plaintiff
                     numbered cause      of action.

                             This Agreed Order of Dismissal expressly does not include any parties or claims other than

                     Plaintiffs claims against the ACA Defendants’. All other parties and claims not the basis of this

                     Agreed Order of Dismissal remain pending before the Court.              Costs of court shall be incurred by

                     the party incurring same.
