4. The Tenants will pay the Landlord $252.50 by the 15th of February and the 15th d§Ma ‘ H to
for the attorneys fees in the above-styled case. This amount is over and above the aMountof
monthly rent.

2. The Tenants agree to timely pay the rent by the 3rd of each month for at least the next three
months and in consideration for this, in the event the tenants decide to terminate the new lease or no
longer rent on a month to month basis, the Landlord will agree to the dismissal of eviction action.
3. In the event the Tenants fail to comply with any of the terms of this agreement, the Landlord will
not be required to re-file for an eviction and they will be entitled to immediate judgment for
possession in accord with Florida law.
4. The Tenants by copy of the attached "NOTICE" are timely opting out of signing the renewal lease
and are hereby giving the statutorially required notice to the Landlord the they will be leaving the
premises by the end of February, 2016, or at some point in the future entering into a lease for
another year.
5, At the end of February, however, they may continue living there on a month to month basis for an
additional $100/month, or at their discretion and the Landlord's agreement, enter into a new one year
lease.
