P la lmtif£ by and through the undersigned counsel, respectfully requests that this Court enter an Order
Substituting Party Plaintiff pursuant to Florida Rules of Civil Procedures 1.260(c), and as grounds therefore states
that:
1. On or about December 10, 2010 , Plaintiff filed a complaint for foreclosure of real property in Hillsborough
County naming GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC as the party plaintiff
2. An assignment of mortgage vesting record title to GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC., was executed on
August 19, 2014 and recorded on August 20, 2014. A copy of said assignment is attached hereto and
incorporated herein as Exhibit "A"
3. GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC., should be substituted for GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC as party
plaintiff
4. No prejudice will result from the granting of this Motion.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests the Court for the entry of an Order substituting Plaintiff GREEN TREE
SERVICING LLC., for GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC.
