                  NATURE OF PROCEEDINGS: Initial Case Management Conference

                  ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT

                  The Court has ordered the following at the conclusion of a judicially supervised Case
                  Management Conference.

                  FURTHER CONFERENCE

                  A Case Management Conference is scheduled for 02/03/2022 at 03:00 PM in Department 25.
                  Updated Case Management Statements in compliance with Rule of Court 3.725, on Judicial
                  Council Form CM-110, must be filed no later than 01/19/2022. If the foregoing date is a court
                  holiday or a weekend, the time is extended to the next business day.

                  The parties are also directed to lodge a copy of their Case Management Statements in Dept. 25
                  by email (dept25@alameda.courts.ca.gov) one week before this hearing.

                  ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

                  Counsel for Plaintiff is ordered to appear at the next hearing date and show cause why monetary
                  sanctions should not be imposed for counsel's failure to appear at the CMC on 10/25/2021, a
                  hearing previously scheduled by court order. A response to this order must be filed no later than
                  five days before the next hearing date, with a courtesy copy provided to Dept. 25 at the time of
                  filing.

                  Clerk is directed to serve endorsed-filed copies of this order, with proof of service, to counsel
                  and to self-represented parties of record by mail.
                  The Court orders counsel to obtain a copy of this order from the eCourt portal.
