attorneys, and moves the Court to enter a judgment against Garnishee, to enter an order directing
Garnishee to disburse funds withheld from Defendant's wages pursuant to the Continuing Writ of
Garnishment and Garnishee's Answer to the Continuing Writ of Garnishment, a copy of which is
attached, and to tax Plaintiffs garnishment costs in the amount of $190.25 against Defendant, TRACY
TSIANAKAS. The Plaintiff obtained a judgment in the amount of $1,706.10 against the Defendant on
March 23, 2017.
