$2,571.53 to be paid at the rate of $150.53 due by
04/17/18 and then $199.00 per month beginning 05/25/18 and
on or before the 25th of each month thereafter until the
balance has been paid in full. Pressler, Felt & Warshaw,
LLP acknowledges the payment of S150.53 already received
and the balance will be reduced by that amount when the
payment is posted to the subject account.
IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED, that in the event of default in
payment, notice of such default will be mailed by ordinary mail to the
defendant(s) at their last known address, and if such default remains uncured for
ten (10) days, then the Plaintiff may enter a judgment without further notice for
the relief demanded in the complaint, service of said summons is hereby admitted,
together with costs and disbursements, crediting the Defendant(s) upon execution
for any payments hereunder.
