COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, OLIVIA CHARNEY, by and through her undersigned
counsel and hereby objects to Defendant, SCOTT LILLEY’S Motion for Extension of Time to
Respond to Complaint, and states as follows:
1. This case involves a boating accident that occurred on May 28, 2020.
2. On September 11, 2020, the Complaint was filed in this case.
3. Defendant’s Answer to Plaintiff's Complaint was due on October 6, 2020.
4. On or about September 23, 2020, Plaintiff's counsel provided Defendant a 30-day
extension to respond to Plaintiff's Complaint.
5. On October 23, 2020, Defendant filed a Motion for Extension of Time to Respond
to Plaintiff's Complaint.
6. Plaintiff is objecting to Defendant’s extension of time is inappropriate as insurance
coverage is irrelevant; and furthermore, is not limited in time.
