MOTION TO CANCEL FORECLOSURE SALE
Plaintiff, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. files this, its Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale, and as grounds
therefore states as follows:
1. This Court has scheduled a foreclosure sale on September 18, 2013.
2. Plaintiff is of information and belief that Defendant is negotiating for the sale of the property that
is the subject of this matter. Therefore, Plaintiff seeks to allow the Defendant an opportunity to sell the property
and pay off the debt that is due and owing to Plaintiff.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests this Court enter an Order Canceling Foreclosure Sale.
