June 10, 2021 (the “TILC Motion”), (2)Defendant Clover Oil 8c Gas, Inc.’s (“M”) Response to
the TILC Motion filed June 24, 2021, (3) Clover’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment filed July 2,
2021 (the “Clover Motion”), (4) the TILC Response to the Clover Motion filed July 15, 2021, (5) the
TILC Verified Motion to Strike the Affidavit of Brent Osmond (the “TILC Motion to Strike”), (6)
Clover’s Reply in Support of the Clover Motion filed July 23, 2021, and (7) TILC’S Letter Brief to the
Court filed August 23, 2021.
The Court, having considered the foregoing briefing of the parties, hereby:
U ORDERS, ADJUDGES, AND DECREES that the TILC Motion is GRANTED in
all respects and that the Clover Motion is DENIED in all respects.
U ORDERS, ADJUDGES, AND DECREES that the TILC Motion to Strike is
GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that this
matter shall be set for final hearing on January 3, 2022 at 9:00am at which time Plaintiff TILC and
Defendant Clover shall be entitled to submit the remaining issues of Plaintiff TILC’s actual damages
