MOTION TO SUBSTITUTE PLAINTIFF AND AMEND CASE STYLE
COMES NOW the Plaintiff, by and through its undersigned Attorney, and files its Motion to Substitute
Plaintiff and Amend Case Style 1n this action inasmuch as the original Plaintiff, MORGAN CHASE BANK,
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION assigned its Mortgage to SMROF II 2012-1 TRUST, a copy of the Assignment of
Mortgage is attached hereto as Exhibit “A”.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff respectfully requests the Court grant this Motion to Substitute Plaintiff and
Amend Case Style in this action to reflect the Plaintiff's name change to SMROF II 2012-1 TRUST.
