BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared Alexia Knight, Custodian
of Records for Investment Retrievers, Inc., who, after being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1, That I am a Custodian of Records of Investment Retrievers, Inc., and as such am
authorized to make this Affidavit.
2. This Affidavit is based upon my review of the business records of Investment
Retrievers, Inc. These records are kept in the ordinary course of business, as part of a regularly
conducted business activity; they are recorded accurately and contemporaneously with the events
recorded; and by a person with knowledge of the events. Copies of some of the business records
are attached hereto and made a part hereof.
3. That the Plaintiff is the holder and owner of an Auto Deficiency as evidenced by
that certain Bill of Sale by and between Nissan Motors Acceptance Corporation and Investment
Retrievers, Inc.
4, As the Plaintiff in this case, Affiant is familiar with the books of original entry
and of the business of Plaintiff, that according to the Plaintiffs books the Defendants are
indebted to Plaintiff, after allowance of all just credits, deductions, and setoffs, in the sum of
$20,853.50 together with interest at the rate of 8.14% per annum from October 6, 2010.
5. Jam familiar with the charges dues and payable thereunder, and with the financial
records kept in connection with this account.
6. That there is now unpaid on the following principal amount: $14,702.40
