THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon Plaintiff’s verified Complaint in
Replevin and the Court having examined the file herein, and the Court finding that the Complaint
fully complies with the provisions of Florida Statutes Section 78.068, it istherefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the Plaintiff shall submit to the Clerk of the Court a bond in the amount
of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED and 00/100 ($25,800.00) DOLLARS
representing twice the value of the goods subject to the writ or twice the balance remaining due
and owing from Defendant to the Plaintiff, whichever is lesser.
2. That upon posting of said bonds, the Clerk of the Court shall issue a
Prejudgment Writ of Replevin to the Sheriff of the county in which the vehicle is located, who is
commanded to replevy the goods and chattels in possession of VALOU ENTERPRISES d/b/a
MR. ROOTER, WEALTHIA McMILLAN and LESLIE McMILLAN or any other person in
possession of said vehicle, 15980 S.W. 109" Street, Miami, FL 33196or any other location of
said vehicle and take into his custody the following:
