COMES NOW Plaintiff, by and through undersigned counsel, files this Motion to
Compel Plaintiff's First Request for Interrogatories and Request to Produce and in support
thereof states:
I. Plaintiff propounded its Supplemental Interrogatories and Request to Produce re:
| Demand Letter on or about October 8, 2013 to Defendant.
2. Defendant has yet to respond and responses are now overdue.
3. Additionally, Defendant has not filed a motion for extension of time in which to
respond to the discovery.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests this Honorable Court grant Plaintiff's
Motion to Compel ALL discovery requests and order Defendant to respond to all discovery
requests.
