MOTION FOR ENLARGEMENT OF TIME
Plaintiff, by and through his undersigned counsel, files this Motion for Enlargement of Time pursuant to the Florida
Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 1.090(b), and would state as follows

Plaintiff has been unable to obtain service of process on Defendant
2.
Plaintiff has been diligently attempting to effectuate service on the Defendant(s), GEORGE REED in this
matter, and it is in the process of trying to secure a current address for the Defendant(s) so that service may be obtained. Copies
of passed service attempts are attached hereto.

Plaintiff requests that this Court grant an additional period of time within which to obtain service of process

The Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, more specifically Rule 1.090(b) entitled Enlargement of Time reads
When an action is required or allowed to be done at or in a specified time
by...these rules...for cause shown the Court at any time at its discretion (1) with or
without notice, may order the period enlarged if request therefore, is made before
the expiration of the period originally prescribed or as extended by previous order

Good cause exists for the granting of an enlargement of time within which to effectuate service of process
on the Defendant(s), GEORGE REED.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff respectfully requests this Court issue an Order granting its Motion for Enlargement of Time
