 FINANCIAL,         LLC, AS SUCCESSOR               IN INTEREST TO CONSECO     SERVICING      CORP

 (“DITECH”) to withdraw the deposit in the Registry of the Court, plus any and all interest accrued.

 DITECH and PROPEL FUNDING SERVICES, LLC, AS AGENT AND ATTORNEY IN FACT

 FOR PROPEL FUNDING NATIONAL 1, LLC (“Petitioner”) have approved this Order as to form

 and content, and the Court, having considered DITECH’s Motion, finds the Motion has merit and

 should be granted. It is therefore,

          ORDERED that the Dallas County District Clerk issue a check in the amount of THIRTY-

 EIGHT THOUSAND EIGHT-HUNDRED TWENTY-SEVEN. DOLLARS AND FIFTY-NINE

 CENTS ($38,827.59), plus all interest-accrued on this amount, less administrative fees, payable to
