being duly my oath, deposes and says:
1, I am the above-captioned Defendant. I reside at 51 Old Oak Dr Apt 313, Buffalo
Grove IL 60089, and I have penonel knowledge of allfacts set forth herein.
2. I am also the pkaidõñt and member of GREEN LOGIC AUTO LLC DBA GREEN
CAR SHIPPING DBA GREEN LOGISTICS AUTO TRANSPORT located at 2128 Rugen Rd Apt
A, Glenview IL 60026, and have fullauthority to enter into binding ag-œmants on behalf of this
entity.
3. This Affidavit of Confession is for a debt due to
justly Plaintiff arising from the
Plaintiff's pschase of receivables of GREEN LOGIC AUTO LLC DBA GREEN CAR SHIPPING
DBA GREEN LOGISTICS AUTO TRANSPORT Additionally, FRIEDA MIDLER agreed to
personally guarantee the debt in the event GREEN LOGIC AUTO LLC DBA GREEN CAR
SHIPPING DBA GREEN LOGISTICS AUTO TRANSPORT defaults.
4. GREEN LOGIC AUTO LLC DBA GREEN CAR SHIPPING DBA GREEN
LOGISTICS AUTO TRANSPORT agreed to pay the Plaintiff the principal sum of $21,750.00

pursuant to the merchant agreement as follows: 15% of deposits
daily equal to $272.00 a until
day
fully paid.
5. GREEN LOGIC AUTO LLC DBA GREEN CAR SHIPPING DBA GREEN
LOGISTICS AUTO TRANSPORT agreed that in the event itwas in default under the terms of the
Merchat Agreement as described above, it would confess judgement in the New York Supreme
Court, in any in the State
County of New York in the ameent of $21,750.00 less any payments made
hereunder.
6. The Confession of Judgment is for a debt justly due to Plaintiff from
arising the
Plaintiff's purchase of GREEN LOGIC AUTO LLC DBA GREEN CAR SHIPPING DBA GREEN
LOGISTICS AUTO TRANSPORT's receivables wherein GREEN LOGIC AUTO LLC DBA
GREEN CAR SHIPPING DBA GREEN LOGISTICS AUTO TRANSPORT agreed to repay certain
sums to the Plaintiff in the event of default. AddM-ny, FRIEDA MIDLER agreed to
personally
guarantee the debt in the event of default.
7. GREEN LOGIC AUTO LLC DBA GREEN CAR SHIPPING DBA GREEN
LOGISTICS AUTO TRANSPORT and FRIEDA MIDLER hereby confess judgment and authorize
entry of Judgment in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, in any in the State of
County
New York or in the County where I reside, and in favor of Plaintiff in the sum of $21,750.00 less
any payments made plus
hereunder, simple interest theiéóü at theannual rate of nine per
(9%) annum
from the date of default until full repayrneñt, plus all costs incurred in connection with the
enfmeement of the Agreement, , including attomey's fees in,the amount of 33 1/3% plus costs of
disbursements.
