CAME ON to be considered Plaintiff Ihde Investments LP and Glenn M. Ihde, H's
("Plaintiffs") and Defendant Stefan Lauer's ("Lauer") Agreed Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice
to refiling same all claims and causes of action asserted herein by Plaintiffs and Lauer, and it
appearing to the Court that said Motion is in order, and sets forth good cause for the relief
sought, that said Motion should in all things be GRANTED.
It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiffs' and Lauer's
claims and causes of action between them be and the same are hereby in all things, dismissed
with prejudice to refiling same.
To the extent that any costs of Court have not been paid, it is ORDERED that costs are
taxed against the party by whom incurred.
