              The foregoing, having been considered by the Court, is hereby:

              ORDER:

              Pursuant to P.B. §4-7, the Court finds that:

              This document and/or its attached exhibits contain (s) personal identifying information (DOB; mother's
              maiden name; person's name if an order has entered allowing the use of a pseudonym in place of the
              name; motor vehicle operator's license number; SSN; other government-issued identification number
              except for juris, license, permit or other business-related identification numbers that are otherwise made
              available to the public directly by any government agency or entity; health insurance identification
              number; or financial account number, security code or personal identification number (PIN)) in violation
              of Practice Book Sec. 4-7. This information is not required by law or ordered by the court.

              To maintain the confidentiality of the information included in the document in violation of P.B. Section
              4-7, the court orders that:

              (1) the document and/or its attached exhibits containing personal identifying information) is (are) sealed;
              and that

              (2) the filer submit a redacted copy of the document within ten (10) days of this order.

              If the party fails to submit a redacted copy of the document within ten days of this order, the court may
              enter sanctions, including a nonsuit or default, as appropriate, against the party upon the expiration of
              the ten day period.

              Upon the submission of the redacted copy of the document, the original document containing the
              personal identifying information shall be retained as a sealed document in the court file, unless
              otherwise ordered by the court.
