This information is not required by law or ordered by the court. To maintain the confidentiality of the information included in the document in violation of P.B. Section 4-7, the court orders that: (1) the document and/or its attached exhibits containing personal identifying information) is (are) sealed; and that (2) the filer submit a redacted copy of the document within ten (10) days of this order. If the party fails to submit a redacted copy of the document within ten days of this order, the court may enter sanctions, including a nonsuit or default, as appropriate, against the party upon the expiration of the ten day period.
