PLAINTIFF'S P.B. SECTION 23-19(c) COMPLIANCE
Pursuant to S.C.R. Sec. 23-19 (c), the substitute plaintiff RATIONAL REAL ESTATE VI,
LLC hereby provides, for purposes of establishing a deficiency judgment against HILLSIDE
HEIGHTS LLC, the defendant owner of equity of redemption, a preliminary computation of the
debt, the name of the expert on whose opinion it will rely to prove the value of the subject property
on the date of vesting, and a statement of its claim as to the value of said property.
Preliminary Calculation of Debt. Plaintiff states, on a preliminary basis, that at the date of
vesting (April 17, 2018), the amount of the debt owed on the mortgage foreclosed herein was
$2,017,048.31 (per the debt found by the Court as at 1/3/2018, with per diem debt extended through
4/16/2018), exclusive of costs, charges, protective advances, and attorney’s fees recoverable under
the loan documents and incurred subsequent to the entry of the judgment of foreclosure in this
matter, in an additional amount not less than $250,000.
