common interest community as set forth in the Declaration of Still River Commons Association,

Inc. recorded April 30, 1987 in Volume 199, Page 49 of the Winsted Land Records, and as it may

have been or may be amended.

        2. The Defendant, GEORGE                 CENTRELLA,            acquired title to 2 Wallens Street, Unit 43,

Winsted, Connecticut a/k/a 43 River Edge Drive, Winsted, Connecticut, of Still River Commons

Condominium by a Quit Claim Deed dated November 11, 2009 and recorded in Vol. 392, Page
