this Motion, the Plaintiff represents as follows:
1. The Plaintiff claims injuries and damages as a result of a motor vehicle
accident that took place on May 17, 2017;
2. The Plaintiff filed a Request for Interrogatories and Production of Documents
upon the Defendant, Robin Schwartz-Brindley, on May 8, 2019;
3. The Plaintiff has yet to receive responses to said Requests for Interrogatories
and Production of Documents.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff's Motion to Compel should be granted.
