Upon initial examination ofa residential LEASE, the COURT finds that the PLAINTIFF
/ TENANT has sued
the WRONG defendant, a property management company.

Properties ], as an improper defendant, WITH PREJUDICE, as stated on the record.
Upon further examination of said residential lease, the COURT finds that there are actully two LANDLORDS
listed.
