of funds from the sale/refinance of your property.

3. Good cause exists for the production of the documents or other things described in paragraph 2 for the following reasons:
Judgment was entered against the defendant on January 11th 2006. On January 25th defendant took out a
loan on the subject real property 1610 Oregon Street, Berkeley for $450,000 in an attempt to thwart
plaintiffs’' collection of the amount of the judgment. Plaintiffs wish to trace the funds she has received from
the loan in order to lawfully collect their judgment.
