Susan Winters is a necessary party to this matter; through error and inadvertence, attempted service of the
summons and complaint in this matter failed because Ms. Winters was no longer residing at that address in
Redding, Connecticut, and had since moved to Bethel, Connecticut. The Court (Bellis, J.) granted her motion to
dismiss for lack of proper service. The above-identified motions seek to overcome such issues.
